Now that cannabis has been legalized in many states a lot of Gen Xers have questions. We’re used to smoking whatever we could get our hands on in our college dorm room with the shades drawn. But times have changed.
We’re going to answer to all the questions you have about using cannabis- both medicinally and recreationally.
My own history-
When my son was very young I found that a quick puff of cannabis at bedtime was preferable to a glass of wine for me.
Then I used cannabis as a supplemental painkiller when I had two extensive back surgeries. After the first one, I was able to stop using the opiates my doc prescribed 8 weeks earlier than any of his other patients did. After the second, I ditched the Percoset after the first week. It really works!
However, cannabis doesn’t have to be a hardcore experience that knocks you out. I’ve found that a light buzz can make mundane chores like folding laundry a lot more pleasant! Just make sure there is another responsible adult around if the children are home.
We’ll discuss all the different methods of “partaking” as well as teach you how to cook with it!
